[QUICK REVIEW] Coming Clean – Drive Safe EP

COMING CLEAN
Drive Safe
[Love & Death Records]
Verdict: 9.5/10

Coming Clean are a glorious blend of pop-punk and hardcore hailing from South Jersey. Their new EP, Drive Safe, is an instantly entertaining ride right from the start with “Chlorine Bomb”. The album may be only 4 tracks, coming in at 10.4 minutes, but every song is a goddamn hit. The choruses are catchy, the energy palpable, and the passion at the forefront. Any fan of the combined genres should not hesitate to download this one immediately (which is free over at bandcamp); it’s well worth your time, and you will certainly be replaying it over and over after it has come to an end. – by Jonathan Burman
