Adam nothing in my review of this EP points to what genre I prefer. As far as reviews go, this one is very self explanatory. I give them props for being awesome musicians and to Phil for being a sick vocalist. I however, do not like just one style of vocal in this this post-metalcore (not hardcore at all) style. If it hadn't been for your Reply, I would not have remembered this EP. Which was my ultimate point. It IS good. Just not memorable. Again, as I have said countless times before, these are our opinions and I didn't slam the band at all. I just predicted it wouldn't last...Also, where in this did I even come close to talking about image? Personally, I am looking forward to the new record they are working on!!

Thanks for reading Adam!!!

Jon Hole are you being serious with this review? First off by your review you can already tell what kind of genre of music you like. Your comment, "but this style of music seems to require one of two things, preferably both though, 01) samples/electronics and 02) angry/scream/growled vocals. So you are saying you want this band to sound like every other hardcore band out now. Hardcore music now is terrible all it is, are repeated riffs with crappy breakdowns, dubstep, and autotune singing. I am Abomination stands out from the rest of the bands in the genre they are their own style and have set the bar higher than other bands out there. One of their slogans is Music > Image. That should mean something by itself. They do not care what their hair looks like or how tight their pants are they are out to make good music that they enjoy. Not to mention this EP is a concept album. Most of the bands out there now cannot even image putting that much thought into their music. The talent this band has is unreal with the technical writing style, and the face melting guitar solos. A prime example of how good the song writing is the song Transformation. The intro itself will give you chills and have you hooked. Not to mention the well thought-out lyrics and amazing clean vocals that flow so well with the music. Jon I completely disagree with your review and I think you need to open your mind to real music and stop just liking music that is cool or scene. This EP will stand out from the rest it will not get lost in the mix it will rise above the rest.
